These Terms govern your use of Linklyis ("Service"), operated by Walls Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Linklyis to:
- Publish illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or anything designed to harm visitors.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Send spam or run automated scraping against the Service.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or breach the security of the Service.
We may suspend or remove pages and accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you publish. By publishing, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve that content as part of providing the Service.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan is offered at no cost and limited to one page and six links. The Pro plan is $9/month, billed via Stripe, and unlocks unlimited pages, unlimited links, and analytics. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email support@wallsgroup.co.
5. Username policy
Usernames are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or have been inactive for an extended period.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Linklyis fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and third-party outages may occasionally affect access.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we are legally required to remove.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
