This Privacy Policy describes how Walls Group ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Linklyis (the "Service") at linklyis.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account info: email address, password (hashed), display name, and chosen username.
- Page content: the bio pages, links, profile images, and titles you create.
- Usage data: aggregated visit counts and click counts on your published pages (used for analytics shown only to you).
- Billing info (Pro only): handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for processing Pro subscription payments.
- Walls Communication Layer — our internal service for sending transactional email.
- Hosting providers — to operate the Service infrastructure.
- Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.
4. Public content
Anything you publish to your public bio page (links, profile image, bio text) is, by design, publicly visible. Don't put anything there you don't want indexed or shared.
5. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your pages and personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it (e.g., billing records).
7. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing support@wallsgroup.co. Depending on your location (EU, UK, California), you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA — contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
Linklyis is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
